j. d. wilson: hey--reeve, i enjoyed yer set at the muse. i kept telling your dad that yours is the best sounding acoustic guitar i may have ever heard. i really don't have anything to compare it with. it also helps that i enjoy your voice & songs. you've got that rare triple-threat of great voice, songs & guitar playing! that qualifies you as a "dangerous artist" & the rest of us out here in la-la land had better step it up! if you & jay are seeking other sounds fer yer record, i've gotta few toys we can

A SLIGHT VACATION

Well the radio interview went better than I had expected.  I got to play 5 songs instead of 3.  There was a lot of talk about me not having a cd but I guess I'm used to that.  On Monday Jay and I started recording so we're on our way!  I've had this little vacation from the Muse lately I saw Martin and Colleen Sexton (Trina Hamlin, a great singer/songwriter, played harmonica with them) at Amos's, Sandra McCracken and Derek Webb at the Neighborhood Theatre and then last night, thanks to Daniel Costen I caught the last 2 songs of The Waifs over at the Neighborhood Theatre.  The Muse is definitely my favorite there is just a good vibe there...I don't feel like I have to always be holding on to my purse.  But either way I do think it's good to get out of your place of work every once in a while.  Well as usual this is short and sweet and not really about anything but oh well.  Catch you next time.
